Employee Benefits Account Executive
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Description: Full-time
This position will be responsible for servicing a select and larger book of accounts. Primary duties include: daily servicing, annual renewals, on-site presentations, rounding, and claims assistance.
The individual holding this position must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Some travel throughout California maybe required.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of recent employee benefits service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Experience with the nonprofit sector is a plus.

Employee Benefits Department Assistant
Location: Capitola, CA
Description: Full-time
This position will assist with the servicing of select employee benefit groups. Primary duties include forms processing, assisting with annual renewals, database maintenance, and customer service contact based upon experience.
This position requires the handling of multiple tasks and superior accuracy & organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, and insurance experience is preferred. Additional consideration given to applicants with nonprofit experience. Life/Health license is also preferred.

Property Casualty Account Manager
Location: Capitola, CA
Description: Full-time
This position will work closely with the PC Broker to service select property casualty groups, while also servicing their own assigned book. Primary duties include day-to-day servicing, annual renewals, policy review and rounding, claims management, and more. Extensive travel within California will be required.
This position requires outstanding customer service and retention skills, organization, and superior communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of property casualty customer service experience, and hold a current Fire/Casualty license.
