MyCanInsurance.org is password-protected website providing a customized homepage for your nonprofit organization. Various forms and additional resources are available to simplify the management of your insurance and employee benefits needs. The site provides you with one-stop shop where you can login and:
- Get an overview of all your insurance plans
- Check your plan's policy details, such as renewal dates, open enrollment months, waiting periods, participation requirements, and more
- Download, save, print and exchange all the forms and documents related to your plans, like: enrollment applications, evidence of coverage booklets, rate sheets, employee and employer handbooks, etc.
- Read in-depth articles on the latest changes to insurance laws, such as COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA
- Get e-mail and phone contact information for the customer service representatives assigned to your account
- Set up users within your organization to have various access privileges
How to Request an Account
CIS is very pleased to offer this enhanced service to our clients. If you feel this would be a valuable resource for your nonprofit, please fill out the "Request an Account" form below. Upon request, your Account Manager will gather all the information pertaining to your insurance coverage, including policy details and all forms and documents your carriers require, from our secure servers.
All of your agency's information and carrier documents are then loaded on the site, they are meticulously verified for accuracy and completeness. Your Account Manager will contact you directly with your login information upon completion.
