General Liability Provides your agency with protection for a wide range of acts or offenses which result in bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising injury said to be caused by your agency or one of your staff.
Property Property coverage is purchased to protect the physical assets your organization owns or leases such as buildings, office equipment, fixtures, etc. Damage is usually caused by such incidents as fire, theft, and vandalism.
Directors & Officers (D&O) Directors and officers coverage is intended to cover damages resulting from the wrongful acts of the directors, officers, trustees and managers as well as for the agency as an entity. A good policy will also provide broad coverage for all types of employment related actions, including allegations of wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination.
Non-Owned Auto This coverage is for bodily injury and property damage caused by employees and volunteers driving personal autos on agency business in excess of their own insurance.
Business Owned Auto Provides coverage for bodily injury and property damage caused by employees and volunteers driving agency-owned vehicles.
Professional Liability Professional Liability covers exposures for professionals such as mental health workers, counselors, teachers, social workers, publishers and consultants.
Improper Sexual Conduct Liability Covers claims of sexual molestation and abuse. This coverage is commonly purchased by group homes, schools, residential treatment centers and child care centers among others.
Employee Benefits Liability (EBL) This coverage is usually purchased as an endorsement of the commercial general liability policy. It is intended to cover specified damages from your organization's negligent handling of the administration of your employee benefits program.
Fidelity/Employee Dishonesty Employee dishonesty coverage is intended to provide source of recovery of funds embezzled by employees or volunteers. This coverage may sometimes be purchased with the property coverage or may be purchased separately as a fidelity bond.
Umbrella Liability Umbrella coverage typically provides higher liability limits for a variety of coverages as well as potentially providing coverage for damages which may not be covered by the primary coverages.
